Mejia Concrete Contractors LLC was founded on a simple principle: build with pride, deliver with integrity, and treat every project like it’s your own.
The company began with Sergio Mejia, a union carpenter who spent over twenty five years working on some of Chicago’s most complex concrete projects. After decades in the field, Sergio decided to take his experience and craftsmanship to the next level by creating a company that reflected his standards for quality and accountability.
In 2020, he partnered with his son, Julian a civil engineer and construction professional with experience managing large commercial developments throughout the city. Together, they combined field expertise with modern project management to form Mejia Concrete Contractors LLC, a minority-owned, union subcontractor built on trust, skill, and family values.
